I met your sweet Mother at District 50 schools, our 3 children went to John Hensey School. I went to the office and your mother and I just started talking. I told her I loved arts and crafts fairs. That's when I learned Jo painted. I was so excited, I bought so many paintings from her. I have a saw that was my Grandfathers and Jo painted two seasons on one side, and two seasons on the other side. It's still hanging in our home. I also bought a cooper bucket that she painted a beautiful barn...

I worked with Jo for several years at District 50 Schools. She was a delight ---
always helpful, cheerful, and kind. We
spent many lunch hours together giggling the whole time. I always admired her artistic abilities and energy. Her family was her main love. She was a special lady and I feel very blessed to have known her.

I have many great memories of your Mother. She was a wonderful woman and always so kind and helpful to the kids at school.
I also remember her as a neighbor on Sherwood Park Road, taking us roller skating in East Peoria.

She was a beautiful woman, inside and out and had a heart filled with Jesus and his love.

I will keep you in my thoughts and my prayers.
