Not sure what to say?

Steve and Family: Something prompted me to Google acquaintances from my lawyering days in the late 1970s and early 80s, and Mary's obituary topped the results. Please accept my condolences. It sound like she lived a long, loving, and fruitful life and left quite a legacy.

In case you don't remember, Steve, I was young lawyer with Coke & Coke in those days and did some banking business with you. I have fond memories of Ranger baseball games with you and Mary, who I recall worked at...

Dear Steve,
I was very sorry to hear the news and to lose someone I'd really just met. I remember Mary quite well and feel fortunate that I got to meet her at the reunion.
You and your children have our sympathy.

DEAR STEVE, WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS MY SORROW ABOUT MARY'S DEATH. I AM STILL SO GRATEFUL FOR THE TIME THE THREE OF US SPENT TOGETHER AT BRUNCH IN MARCH. I WAS SO HAPPY WE HAD THAT GREAT DAY AND COULD SIT OUTSIDE AND HAVE MIMOSAS AND MUCH LAUGHTER. I AM ALSO GRATEFUL FOR THE CHAMPAGNE TOAST WE SHARED AT YOUR "PICNIC" WHEN MARY WAS IN THE HOSPITAL WHERE PAIGE HAD GRAYSON. ALWAYS OUR GATHERINGS WERE RICH AND FUN AND I LOVE YOU GUYS. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO YOU SWEET DARDEN AND MYKE AND...

Words can't describe the the amount of sympathy and love I have for you all. I know I feel a huge loss myself, so I just can't imagine. We were all so blessed to have Mary in our lives. Love and prayers for strength and peace.

Steve, Darden and David I am so sorry for your loss. Mary was always so positive and upbeat even during her illness. Her wonderful memories will carry you through your grief and support you in the future. In our prayers and thoughts during your time of sorrow. Shan and Jim Fincher.

May the God of all comfort be with you at this time.

Oh Steve so very sad to learn this news. Thinking of your, Darden and David, and of wonderful Mary, one of the smartest, most positive people ever. XO
Paige
