I was sorry to hear about the passing of Mary Jo. She was my team leader at Amex and was very sweet person that I always enjoyed talking to. Just to share a story regarding her sense of humor: Once when she was monitoring me on a customer call, I mispronounced the city of Sepulveda as Supul-VEE-da, at which time she came out of her cubical and told me the correct pronunciation through here little megaphone. Years later, we would still laugh about that and I still do to this day....so many...
