Not sure what to say?

I still think of Mary often and miss her. I tell all the young women I meet about her and that she was ahead of her time. Her words were so true and important. I hope you and Johnny are with my parents and playing cards every day.

Love,

Barb

This is a bit late but I just saw this today. Mrs. Benson was my 5th-grade teacher at Bolivar Road. My memories of her are faint but I still think about her from time to time (that's how I found this).

Sorry for your loss.

Hey, Bob, my condolences as well. My own memory of your mom is pretty hazy at this point, but it sounds from her obituary that she had a lot of happiness in later life, which is exactly what she deserved. Best to you and your family going forward.

Sincerest sympathy to Bob, Betsey, John and their families. I am very sad. Mary was my father's sister (Tom) and I always stopped by to visit her whenever possible. We had many great visits and conversations. She was always interested in our lives, what everyone in the family was doing and what was going on in the world. I found this to still be true when we stopped by to say hello just this past August. I will never forget how supportive she was when my Dad was so ill. I will always...

Bob my sincere sympathy in the passing of your mother.

Bob and Family, Mary was such a lady, she always greeted everyone with a smile and corgidal hello. Her contributions to the Chittenango Community will be long remembered. May God Bless Mary and all of her Family.

Dear Mary, we will miss you at family gatherings. Our grandchildren have been blessed knowing you and seeing your strength. Blessings and peace to all. Mike, you were a wonderful grandson to her. Love to you all, Nick and Peggy Krukoff

My mom was a teacher at Boliver and I know she liked your mom very much. I also had Mrs.Benson for my teacher she was great. Sorry for your loss.

Words can't express how Mary influenced my life. I will always remember how much my mother cherished her relationship with her first cousin and best friend. She stood by mom's side when my father died when I was only 6 and forever after helped her with me. They met their husbands who were also best friends on the same day. As my Godmother, she gave of herself to me in advice and talks that I have shared with my children. She was a champion for women when many women didn't know they...
