Not sure what to say?

David and I were honored to share such a special day with you & your family and friends. Mary Jean was always special and so patient and loving to me and all the patients. If ever there were a couple meant to be together, it was you and Mary Jean. You gave everyone the best of yourselves and you both exemplified "leading by example". Lessons learned from both of you have made impressions that will last forever. Being your patient for 27 years was truly one of my most cherished blessings.
