Wednesday was Valentine's Day. I remember getting Valentines from you when I was still living at home. Dear Mom,
Christmas was not the same without you and Daddy. Nobody saw eachother...but I guess that you already know that. Anyway, I am sure that next year will be better. Sometimes it take a while for people to understand their own feelings and sort out what's important. You and Daddy did a good job teaching us about what's important. Faith in God was always on the top of the list. Family was next. I think we will be okay...keep praying for us.

Our mom was peacefully received into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, September 13th 9:20 AM Central Time, at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, TN. Present were two of her children, Peter and Margie, who were joined moments later by her daughter Mary Ann and grandchildren Charles, Nicole, and Heidi. They had been at her side since Saturday, September 9th, along with her daughters Dorothy, Helen and Martha who left with sad hearts on Tuesday, September 12th.
