My husband's grandfather was Andrew Vanderveer who assisted Mary in starting Bethany Home. She has done so much to help so many, I wish I had known that she was still alive so I could have written her before she died. We sponsor children through Bethany and named our oldest son (who is now 30) after Andrew Vanderveer. God bless you and your family.
