Mary K. Brown

So sorry to learn about my Aunt Mary´s passing. I have thought of her often over the past few years. We used to talk on the phone from time to time. I stopped by her house in Springport when I was in Michigan a few years ago; but, she had moved. I have missed our conversations and hope her last years were comfortable and that she was surrounded by her family.

As a child I remember, The Browns, Porters, Reules and, Thurows getting together for a neighborhood party, and all us kids having a good time playing. Mary was the last of the adults to pass, and it signals a new era. You just don't see that kind of environment for kids to grow up in these days. They were good times and I have many fine memories of all those parties. My sympathies to the Brown family
