Mrs. Browne was a second mother to so many of us (especially Village kids) who grew up with the Brownes. My mom cherished her lifelong friendship and tennis playing days with her pal, Mary Alice. I am so sorry to all for your loss, Browne friends. May Patsy and Bud, and your dad, greet her at the gates of Heaven, and the 4 of them will share a laugh or two or fifty as they surely did after their weddings in 1954 when they lived at the Lake together.
