May Mary Rest In Peace, knowing she was beloved by many and exemplary in life and through the legacy of her children, grandsons and the good works she inspired.

Joe was Senior Vice President, United Airlines Western Division, with extensive responsibilities and heavy social demands. Mary was an elegant, active and gracious presence with him, and she was one of the favorite wives with United staff. Her great sense of humor, approachable demeanor and quick response in helping with what was needed won the respect of United Sales staff and groups nation wide. Her warmth and participative support at Family Service was made her a favorite there as well....

Our sympathy goes out to Mariann, Joe, Daniel, and Neil. Mary was such a wonderful influence on those three grandchildren. We were honored to know Mary and always enjoyed her company when she visited Sun valley. We will hold you in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Roger and Sheron

We have fond memories of visiting Aunt Mimi and the family in California. She was such an outstanding example of love, compassion and grace for us.

Mary's intense, disarming, beautiful, direct gaze, coupled with her intentional use of the lost art of active listening, always made a person feel as though he/she was the only person in the room. She leaves a stunning legacy of faith, nurturing, caring, and serving. I bet Joe was waiting at Heaven's door with a Hawaiian lei and praise for the courage and grace she so beautifully showed all these years.
