Not sure what to say?

Mary was always very kind and charitable, always willing to help with community issues and social events . Her obituary tells of all her outside endeavors, in addition to her dedication to her demanding career and, at the same time, attempting to take care of a large family at the same time! In keeping with my mother's previous practice of reading the obits first, I came across this beautifully written one for a woman my own mother would have adored. Dear Sarah, sending my deepest sympathy. Your mother lived an interesting and wonderful life. She was a true lady. Hope to see you sometime soon.

Debby and I knew Mary for many years. I was Norm's colleague in the Department of English at WMU and we shared many social and professional contacts. Mary was a gentle presence in our lives, and we will miss her friendship. Our condolences to the family.

I meet Mary while visiting my father at friendship village she was always so polite and kind, she was so happy when football season came around we would talk about the Detroit Lions together I miss seeing her at friendship village
