Mary Nell George Carson

Dear Ben and Jill,

I had wanted to attend Mary's funeral, but my class situation did not allow for that.

It was a privilege to work with Mary for as long as I did and I've kept her in my prayers for a peaceful, gentle journey in her passing. I can tell that she was much beloved by all who knew her.

Thank you for entrusting her care with me as much as you did--we enjoyed many a chat about family, gardening and such while we sipped our tea.

My heart goes out to you as someone who knows what it feels like to lose a loved one, especially a parent.
