Honor and Respect

Molly and family, I was so saddened to learn of the passing of your precious mother! Riley and I loved her dearly and were two of her biggest supporters! Her campaign signs were always proudly displayed on Riley´s truck! She was so proud of you and your family! I´m sure she and Riley will be catching up on all he has missed these last ten years since his passing. Love and prayers, Marie Whitaker (Gadsden, Alabama)

Dr. Mary Jane Caylor was a special lady. I was blessed to have served as the Executive Secretary to the Alabama State Board of Education when Dr. Caylor was a State School Board Member for District Eight. She had a servant's heart and always made sure she took care of business in the most professional manner. (

Dr. Caylor was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She always took time to talk to me any time she saw me. I always enjoyed our conversations and learned something new every time we talked. She was a very special lady and will be missed.

You will be missed in so many ways. I cherished our time together and your loyal friendship. Much love.

Will truly miss you! Your spunk, intelligence, friendliness, and downright honesty, is something that I will always treasure.

Dr. Caylor was first selected as the interim Superintendent due to the health of the Superintendent. She was immediately faced with several critical issues and handled them well. She earned the trust and respect of the Board when a new Superintendent was named. She was a wonderful person and my good friend. Rest in Peace.
