Mary F Celardo

Mary F Celardo (nee Zawistowski) 91 of Scotch Plains, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. 

  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 12, 2023, 11 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1571 Martine Avenue, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076. An Inurnment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.

  Mary was born in Watervliet, NY and was a graduate of Catholic Central H.S. in Troy, NY.  Mary worked for many years with NJ Bell and later AT&T as a bookkeeper. Mary has resided in the Scotch Plains - Fanwood area since 1974.

  Mary is predeceased by her beloved husband Edward F., sister, Viola and brothers Steve, Edward, Frank, John and Joseph.   
Mary is survived by her loving children Edward M and wife Mary and daughter Patricia Cornacchia. Caring grandchildren Michael Cornacchia, and Katherine Saler and husband Daren.    She is also survived by her cherished great grandchildren Landon T. and Mackenna Saler, her brother Raymond, his wife Lorraine, sister in law Mary and many nieces and nephews.
