R.I.P. Mary Gail

We Miss you Mary with our hearts and prayers

Mrs. Cokkinias was a teacher of mine back in 98 at Fermi. I was definitely a bit of a goof and I had a good time always trying to make her laugh. No matter my antics I did, she never kicked me out, but instead, made me put a desk next to hers so she could, "keep an eye on me". Only problem, she rarely sat at her desk so that didn't really work. She was one that tried helping when the school was forcing me to drop out. I always respected her and thought of her as a great person which I still...

Mary Gail was an amazing woman. I admired her energy and we were delighted to have her involved as one of the initial members of the ROH Center for Breast Cancer Research Advocacy council. She continued to be one of our emeritus members so she could stay informed on our progress. I will miss her many contributions. Deepest sympathies to all her family.

Mrs. Cokkinias was my teacher at Fermi High in Enfield. One of the best teachers I had either in college or in high school. She was tough but fair... learned so much from her about critical thinking. Truly a person dedicated to improving the intellect of her students. Truly a one of a kind. My memory of her strong personality will last forever

We enjoyed every moment we had the good fortune to be with her. She was smart, determined, charming and had the biggest heart. May her memory be a blessing. Ted & Judy Ingis

She inspired me to become a teacher and I was thrilled that 2 of my children also benefited from her expertise. Rest in peace.

What a force of energy and enthusiasm and determination. Mary Gail was always there for good government, the Democratic Party and her friends. Her upbeat demeanor and smile were infectious. We will sincerely miss that. What a special person, so smart. so loyal and so dedicated to making a difference in our world. which she did. My sincerest sympathies to her family and friends. I am so sorry to have heard this very sad news. She was a VERY SPECIAL and wonderful person. Anyone who knew her...
