MARY FRENCH CONWAY

My senior year at Vassar I was the recipient of a scholarship from the Cleveland Vassar Club. I was a member of Vassar's first coeducational freshman class. The Class of 1974. I remember Mary well. She was always so welcoming and encouraging. She was a big reason I chose Vassar over several other schools. I am the first woman in my family to earn a college degree and Mary helped to make it all possible, giving me a lot of confidence in my abilities. I graduated with Departmental Honors...
