Mary Cosner

Aunt Mary was the most influential early role model I had growing up. She taught me that I could accomplish anything I set out to do. She enabled my early love for reading by giving me a book every year for Christmas, and I still have every book she gave me. She was a great woman and I will miss her greatly. She would come to the Childrens' Home every Sunday and take me and my brothers, Steve and Dave out on some exciting excursion - the St. Louis airport, Lewis & Clark state park, the lock...

Coz was a most beloved mentor whom I will miss very much. There was nothing she didn't know about or wouldn't do for any Blackburn student during her tenure as Registrar. She was wonderful and kind woman. My thoughts and prayers to her family.
