Miss Polly was a family member 'though not by blood. Her mother (Lil) and my grandmother (Sally Thomas) were best friends. Eventually, their daughters, Polly and Doris became life long friends. I am one of Doris' daughters; I don't remember when Miss Polly was not a part of my life! I know she had a good heart, a good spirit. I was so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I thought she was a very special lady...always kind and lots of fun to be around! I know your family will miss her! You are in our thoughts and prayers!

Mom, I don't know how we'll manage without you. But oh how thankful I am that you left us with wonderful memories and taught us how to love each other. I know you'll be there waiting for all of us in heaven and will be the first in line to give us all a hug and tell us how proud you are of us. I love you so much and will miss you more than I can say.

Polly was a good woman who truly loved and enjoyed her family. She will be missed by all that was blessed to know her.

We love you and miss you Grandma but we are so glad that you are no longer in pain and are with your family and friends that have gone before you to be with your Savior. I know that we will see each other again, so until then, have a blast in heaven Grandma!

Now Ms. Polly has gone to be with the girls (Nettie & Doris) and they are back together. What a joyous time they must be having!
