Not sure what to say?

Thanks for bringing me to RIC, Mary... and for your mentorship in the early days of my career. It was a pleasure to work with you then and in your retirement...most recently as you served on the College's Oral History Committee. You contributed much and were always one of the strongest voices raised in support of Rhode Island College. You will not be forgotten.

Both my Mother and I were so fortunate to have you as a friend.
You were a role model for me in so many ways, from the time I worked for you at RIC to way past my retirement years. Will miss you dearly.

School teacher, dog lover, beach goer, world traveller and '65 mustang convertible gal. Mary, you were an amazing woman who had so many wonderful, interesting sides to your personality. You are greatly missed but the impact you had on our lives goes on and on. Happy journey. Until we meet again.

Rest in peace Mary. You will always be remembered fondly here in Sligo. You were kind and gracious in life and now you have gone to your reward.

The Board and Staff of the Mental Health Association of RI mourn the passing of this fine woman. Mary was an example of leadership through community connectedness and social support. We hope memories of the good times will sustain her family and friends.--Vivian G. Weisman, Executive Director

Mary introduced us to the next generation of cousins in RI, for which we are so thankful. In the latter years when Mary was unable to travel to Irealnd we visited her her in Providence and Narragansett. Mary has left us with wonderful...

The Rhode Island College Alumni Association mourns the passing of Mary Davey, Class of 1941. As director of alumni affairs, news and public relations and conferences and special events at the College, Mary leaves behind a long list of accomplishments on the campus. Thank you Mary from the 50,000 living alumni who benefitted from your vision.

Mary Davey - our lost is heaven's gain. I can just see all those dogs and cats swarming around you. Such a kind and caring person. Your were a local icon on channel 10....everyone appreciated your efforts. God Bless
