We want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time. After reading the other postings, we can see that your Mother was a very warm and special person. May God comfort you during this time and you should know that all your softball friends are thinking about you.

I also have fond memories of Auntie Mary. As a young child I remember the family gatherings during the holidays,especially all the food, laughter,and fun! It was always a treat to go to their home to visit. As a teenager I remember taking trips to Florida and spending time with Auntie Mary on the beach. She loved her crafts and was very proud of them. She always had a smile on her face and enjoyed chatting with people she met. She had a great outlook on life and will be missed.

My aunt Mary was like a second mother to me . Memories of when I was a young girl I would ride my bike to her house every day anticipating what we would do that day, like going to the beach.Bake pies, go to the wholesale store in Povidence to buy dry goods, that she would sell.Then on Monday night uncle Tony and aunt Mary and I, would go to the drive in theater.Then on the summer vacation we would go to Cape Cod. Then they move to Florida. I missed them dearly . So...

Living just around the corner from Auntie Mary and Uncle Tony, I spent many days and nights in their warm and cozy home with the delicious smells of her pastry cooking in the oven--raisin squares, cinnamon twists, and apple pies. Cousins played football on the Guiteras School lawn across the street and blue-shell crabbed in the creek all summer. I remember her laugh and her fingers always making some craft item, especially jewelry. I will always miss Auntie Mary and Uncle Tony. Love, Stephen

I also have fond memories of my Aunt Mary and her husband Uncle Tony. I remember the wonderful gatherings at their house in Bristol. I was very young but I remember the food, the sounds of the family enjoying conversation, food and the inevitable card games…can’t you hear them. That mellow Florenzano/Dipierro chatter was the sound of love, caring and nurture.

So sorry to hear of Auntie Mary's passing. Some of my memories of Auntie Mary..
As a child visiting Auntie Mary's house in Bristol and eating her wonderful fig squares while other family members sat around her kitchen table and played cards..
Jill and I visiting her house in Fort Lauderdale and Aunties always wanting us to leave with some piece of her wonderful jewelry..
Her love for her life in Florida, her walks on the beach, and her kind gentle way and smile..
