EPPES, Mary Bradley Henderson, 70, of Crewe, Va., formerly of Fredericksburg, Va. and Richmond, Va., departed this life May 24, 2010. Remains rest at March Funeral Home, 2110 East Laburnum Ave., where viewing will be held Thursday, May 27, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 28, 2010 at St. Paul's Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Rd. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.

To Surviving Relatives of the late Mother Mary Epps
Mother Epps was the epitome of a virtuous women who defined the role of the eldely in the modern day chuch wolrd. She preached the acceptable year of the Lord,prayed without ceasing,sung praises unto the Lord,and shared her tesimony with others.
I, too, know the feeling of loosing a Mother and shall continue to keep the family in my prayers and thoughts.

God Bless and keep you all. My heart go out to the children of Aunt Mary. I know what it is like to lose a mother. I am sorry I can't be there. I last seen Aunt Mary at Uncle Robert's funeral, she was such a beautiful black women, I will miss her. GOD BLESS.

To Cindy and the boys, my condolences for your loss. During my mother's life, Mary was her closest friend. As much as I miss Mother Brown, I will miss Mary. I celebrate her life, as I know you do, because I knew her to be a true "Child of the King."

I can recall sister Eppes on many occasions ( in later years with a walker as her third leg) giving God the praise of her lips. She loved God and God loved her. We are truly sorry to hear of Mother Eppes home going but on the other hand We are rejoicing that she have joined the CLOUD of WITNESSES in Glory!!!! Our prayers are for the family & friends that when our name is called that we can be ready(not getting ready). You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God cause his face to shine upon you all. I had the pleasure of meeting Mother Eppes when going the church with Bugg and I truly enjoyed talkilng to her she was a blessing.But God had a better place for her where there is no pain or suffering.
