Not sure what to say?

I still miss her long after I moved to Norway in 1985.I am trying to reach John Evans. In my papers I found a children's story he wrote, "Cowboy Bear" that he gave me to illustrate. This wonderful story, written by a wonderful man, can finally be published, as I am now a successful author and artist. I want toi make sure John benefits from COWBOY BEAR with royalties (it is not my main area of writing, so there won't be a lot of sales, but who knows? It might become popular! I have missed...

Mary Ann Evans holds a sacred place in my heart as an angel who taught me patience, meekness of heart, and strict principles that she faithfully followed, teaching me, above all, moral courage, as she handled motherhood and her amazing life with complete devotion to her beliefs, laced with kindness and a forgiving heart. How I wish we could have met again, before she died! Many years have passed, but what a blessing she had to have been for John, a might man of the Lord, and her nine...

Dear Evans Family,
It was with very heavy hearts that we heard of Mary Ann's passing. How does one even begin to describe this amazing woman? We moved to Findlay in 1980. At the time, she was serving as RS President. What a welcome she gave us! There was to be a Women's Conference in Indiana soon after we arrived. Not even knowing me, she said something like, I got you a ticket, because I just knew you'd want to go. Go, I did with other women in the ward, I believe it was in your...

Mary Ann was a shining soul -- her beautiful spirit shone in her countenance and she sent love to everyone she met. I was blessed to cross her path for a brief time in Texas and was grateful to have learned from her. My prayers to her family and all who loved her.

Dear Evans family, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I met your mom a handful of times when Becky and I were roommates at BYU. I am sorry for your loss--A sad parting on earth but what a joyous reunion in Heaven. May the love and peace and comfort of our Savior be with you at this time. All my love to you.

John, Mei Lei, Alison, Amie, Robb, and all, we loved your family so very much when we were in Findlay and think so much of you all. you were like family to us. Please know our prayers are with you all at this time. May you feel of Heavenly Father's arms around you bearing you up. Love Dennie and Bonnie Holyoak and family

I love Mary Ann Evans. When we lived in Findlay, she and i were Visiting Teaching companions and friends. The radiant smile, the totally sincere kindness, graciousness, and hospitality...the entire REALNESS of her testimony of the Savior, Jesus Christ, all really have made a mark on me that is permanent. I have had all of the Evans family members in my prayers and so has Neville. Mary Ann and John loved up my daughter, Michelle, and allowed my son, Joshua to practically live at their home...

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I did not know her, but she sounds beautiful and fun. Be well and treasure the love you shared. It stays with you forever!

Mary Ann: I have always viewed you as a heaven sent kindred spirit. Our memories of the wonderful times our families spent together have always buoyed us up. Our hearts are deeply saddened with your loss. Darrell, Yvonne & Family
