Not sure what to say?

Mary and I met in junior high school. We became really close friends at the High School of Commerce. Mary and I were walking back from a Novena, in 1946, at Our Lady of Hope Church, when I met my future husband, Charlie Rogers. Mary and I stayed in close contact all through the years. We had long phone conversations about our children (we each had 5), exchanging recipes for Irish bread and mutton pies. Mary was a wonderful woman and a fabulous friend.

Love you Sis foo in my heart and nightly prayers. Sister Betty

I met Mary at Liberty Elementary School where she was a crossing guard for many years. She was always pleasant, energetic and smiling. I remember the John Boyle O´Reilly fundraiser dinners she would encourage many of the staff to attend. It was always a great time. My sincere sympathy to all of Mary´s family.

Deepest sympathies on the passing of your Mom. My thoughts and prayers with you all. May she rest in peace.
