Not sure what to say?

Marie was a wonderful friend to my mother, Almareta Brown in Santa Rosa. We often asked Marie to go with us when we took my Mom someplace special. She was a kind person. I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. She will be missed. I hope she says 'hello' to my Mom 'up there'.

When i was 5 or 6 years old, living out at the "ranch" , Aunt Marie worked as a checker at Safeway in town. Once or twice a week she
would bring me home a banana or someother treat. This was a very
big deal in the late 40's. Money was really tight in those days.

I wish i could have had the honer to met her. She sounds like a strong , inspiring, and beautiful person. I do know that the people I know that spoke about her were truly blessed and greatful to have her in their lifes.

Noni made everyone feel like family. She could make anything grow and had the best roses. I will always picture her waving from the front porch and blowing kisses. She was always there to help others in anyway that she could. We will all miss her sweet voice. She will always be in my heart. Best Noni Ever.

i love you great grandma.

Hi Carlene,
I am so sad for you and Bobby's loss,St Marie as you and I would refer to her was such a gentle sole, and I will miss her I have great memories of her.

My "der ol Auntie", I treasure the years of doing your hair, listening to the stories of Daddy, and having you take time out of your busy schedule to take care of Adam when he was home sick from school… Listening to my “Golden Girls” under the hairdryer at the shop discussing the world issues… going over our love of reading recipes together..most of all, loving the way you loved everyone you met! The world was a better place with you in it!

Grandma,
The past 31 years with you have been wonderful, I will always remember the great times we had together. I love and miss you.

I remember Marie's gentle smile and how she loved her chocolates. She will never be forgotten by those who loved her!
