Not sure what to say?

Mary Goode was a pioneer, along with Doris Bunte and Pat Raynor, who plowed the fields of political activism for future women of color. May the energy continue to grow with each new generation facing the chronic challenges.

I was shocked and pained to hear that Mary had left us. Mary was a great person and a good friend of my late mother, Pat. Belated condolences to the family. Mrs. Goode will be missed by many of us.

Extremely sorry to read about the passing of such a wonderful woman. Mrs. Goode was a great neighbor to us on Hawthrone Street in Roxbury. She was extremely kind and kept our neighborhood politically informed. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

Sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. I foundly remember Ms. Goode when my family lived on Ruggles Street where she and my Mom were always talking to one another. Some of us were fortunate enough to encounter her in the beginning of our professional life.
I trust her and my mother are talking and watching over all of us.

Much love and fond memories of your mom...she was a good friend to my mother and such a nice lady. I was so sorry I did not get to see her again though I spoke her name and looked for her at the recent Whittier Street Reunion. I hope you get this message, Pam and Kepra..Sincerely, Phyliss Raynor
