Not sure what to say?

I was just telling a neighbor who is a teacher about Mary Ellen... and how some of her students were still praising their 5th grade teacher 25 years later.

So sorry for your loss Patrick. You and your family are in our prayers.

Mrs. Graham, was my daughter Leora' s teacher at the Hebrew Academy of Cleveland. She left a lifelong positive imprint on both my daughter and I. Vivid memories abound of Mrs. Graham' s unique teaching methods and skills. Here are just a few. To start the year off properly, Mrs. Graham insisted that each child learn and internalize specific organizational skills. Mrs. Graham was an exceptional teacher. I'm 37 years old and still have such wonderful, vivid memories from being her 5th grade student. (Any other students remember Zipit...the wonderful clicking frog that was a gentle reminder to stop chatting...

I am so saddened by this news. Mrs. Graham was my 5th grade teacher at The Hebrew Academy 28 years ago. She was smart and kind and funny. She said that having an organized classroom would help our minds stay organized when we learn. She also had fun ways of helping us remember proper grammar. When we completed an assignment and said "I'm done!" She would...

“There is no such thing as a stupid question.” Just one of my favorite lessons from my favorite teacher, that I still quote to this day. I have only the fondest memories of my 5th grade year (‘94-‘95) at the Hebrew Academy of Cleveland. She was adored by so many. May her family and friends find comfort in their memories of her.

I will always be grateful to Mrs. Graham for being an inspirational teacher who guided my daughters with a loving spirit. She will be remembered and missed by many.
