Mary Agnes Swisher (Andersen) Guernsey
Passed away September 20, 2015. Daughter of Stella McCartin and Ira Swisher. Born in Seattle November 3, 1923. Lived on farm in Redmond until 1928, grew up in Ballard, educated by the Dominicans. Married Toryald Andersen who lost his life in a plane crash. Married her cherished Ray who preceded her in death in 2006, as did her two sisters, Gertrude and Clife Edith Louise. She is survived by three nieces, Susan, Margaret and Cathy, four great-nephews and their offspring. She was an outstanding cook. Loved people and life.
A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, October 17th, at 9:30 AM at
St. Alphonsus Church
5816 15th Ave. N. W., Seattle.
A Reception to follow at 10:30 AM.
Interment at Holyrood Cemetery.

I met Mary Agnes when I started taking Communion to her at Ballard Manor about a year ago. She loved her faith and rarely, if ever, missed Communion. Her struggle is over now and she is at peace. May God rest her soul.
