It has been 4 months since Mary left us and went to her Eternal Home. Mary was like our daughter and we miss her so much. I really miss her sense of humor and how she could make us all smile no matter what the circumstances were. She was very special to all of us.God bless us until the time she will greet us at the gates of Heaven.

Love all of you very much,
Grandma & Grandpa Schmidt

This is Jessa Gunn (Fanning) I remember the both of you and the kids from south side. I am so sorry for your loss. May the lord be with you and the kids.

Dear Hackert Family,

Words can not express how deeply sorry I am for the loss of your wife, mother and sister Mary.

Our family's were friends and neighbors when she use to live on Doffing Avenue in Inver Grove. We were childhood playmates. We remained friends through out our school years.

Years after highschool, Mary and I along with some other girl friends from highschool, toured Italy. I'll never forget the fun and the good times we had on that trip. But...

Mary was one of my good friends during high school. We had so many fun times together including going to Italy. I have not seen her since we stopped working together. I will keep her memory close to my heart. May the peace of our Lord find your family comfort.

Hackert Family;
It's hard to understand why people
are taken from us, but find comfort
in knowing you were a special part
of a well-lived life.

Wishing you and your family strength and peace

Mary will be missed by many.
Sorry to hear this, she is so young.
