Mary Christine Halm

I have only today learned about Mary Chris's passing, and my heart goes out to her family. Mary was a very special person and I always enjoyed talking with her because she was so intelligent and so kind.Her heart was pure and she is undoubtedly -as others have said- finally at peace.

Rest In Peace, Mary Chris!

One thing I know, Mary Chris loved Jesus. I can only imagine what joy and freedom from pain she now enjoys. So long my friend, see you in the morning.

Dear Chris, I always felt you had a special connection to heaven with your faith being so very strong. The writings about you are true. Mary Chris our St John's Class of 1968 would not have been the same without you. It was always a great time catching up with you at our class reunions. Rest in Peace dear lady.

My cousin Chris has a special place in my heart. Because she was a few years older than me I always looked up to her. I spent many nights at her house as a guest when I was growing up and her family spent overnights with us in Grand Rapids. I admired her artistic abilities and I would beg her to draw for me. Years later, When she was a student teacher at Aquinas College she lived with my mom, her aunt Marian, My husband and I often took her to films at Aquinas College and I remember her...

I knew Mary Chris many years ago but I have never forgotten our many discussions. She was very interesting and intelligent. I am so very glad that she has found the peace she always sought.
