Not sure what to say?

Kathy was an unbelievable person. I loved talking to her and hearing about her adventures. Infectious personality...she will be dearly missed.

Kathy was my roommate our freshman year at St. Francis. I am sure we would have continued as roommates had I not married during the summer. The friendship lasted; the marriage didn´t. I valued her visit with me on the Monterey Peninsula. We had to planned to visit with her when we were in Charleston, but she was on one of her many trips. Her December birthday was just before mine. We stayed friends all these years. I was so excited to hear about her safari to celebrate her 80th...

I was so sorry to hear of Ms. Haney´s passing. She was my English instructor at the College of Charleston. She was a very happy, positive, creative and dedicated teacher. She always wanted her students to succeed. I remember her always going "above and beyond" to help her students. I was not her best student by far. She made a deep impression in me to never give up and persevere. I did and worked as an RN for 32 plus years before retirement. Sending healing thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

I knew Kathy Haney from the College of Charleston. She always had a smile on her face and exuded warmth. She was a delight to be with. I always enjoyed seeing and hearing about her frequent travels all over the world. Her life was joyful and she made all around her better for her presence. She will always be loved. Anne H. Fox

Two St. Francis roommates go on to be lifelong friends resulting in one (Pat) asking the other (Kathy) to be my Godmother. I cannot imagine they actually thought Godmother would need to step in when Ma left this world way too soon; but when the time came Kathy fulfilled the Godmother role in extraordinary fashion. I will always treasure those trips to Folly Beach while back home in Danvers Massachusetts the snow was still on the ground. Perhaps now I will be able to actually compete at...
