To Anne, Carolyn and the entire family:

I was very saddened to hear of Mary's passing and we send our condolences at this time. We pray for comfort and peace for you and all family members. I am a cousin of Russell's and in doing some family tree research several years ago (2003), my wife, Carol and I visited Russell and Mary in their home in Dallas. What a wonderful, long life she had.

Carolyn,I remember your Mother from 1952-53, when I "went steady" with your neghbor across the street, Margaret White. Time dims specifics, but I remember her as someone who always had a kind word. Heaven will be a better place now.

Carolyn, I remember your dear Mother well and how sweet she was to me when I came over to play when you lived on Caruth (I think) . . close to Douglas. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this sad time. Love, Lou Ann (Lulu) Lancaster Corboy

Dear Carolyn, Anne, and family members,
We are saddened by Aunt Mary’s death, but rejoice in the wonderful life that she lived. She was truly a Southern lady with grace and class. I feel that I was very fortunate to be able to see her on my flights into Dallas. I always enjoyed our conversations and visits. She will be missed, but never forgotten. May she rest in peace and let the Perpetual Light shine upon her and Russell.
