When I joined the Arlington school system in the 5th grade at the Cutter School, Mary sat at the desk next to mine. She was my role model for everything Idid. Today, whenpeople compliment my penmanship, I tell them I tried to copythe way Mary Hefron wrote. If you followed Mary, you couldn't go wrong!
