So very sorry about the loss of your Mom and that I wasn't able to come to her funeral. She truly was a great lady and definitely will be missed! You are all in my thoughts and prayers!!

Dear George, Tony, and Marianne!
I am very sorry for your loss.....but I'm sure your mom is in a better place now. I remember vividly, some 50 years ago or so, going to Madison (I believe) to visit Uncle Jerry and and Aunt Mary....and having my first yoga lesson from Mary. Here I was, a little kid, watching her go through and explain her downward-facing-dog to us. Sincerely....I remember it like yesterday. It was fun and exciting...and, obviously, left an impression!

It is sad to say good bye to parents. We send our condolences to the three of you and the rest of your families. I am glad that we were able to chat at the reunion.

I grew up in Greendale near the Helf's. We lived on the corner of Ramsey and Eastway and I remember your mom! As kids we would watch the "lady" that was walking with the ski poles past our house. Now that I am much older I realize that she was, in fact, ahead of her time with keeping in such great shape. She was somewhat of a fitness trail blazer in Greendale. Good for her! May Mary's crossing be gentle. Rest In Peace.
