Not sure what to say?

John, I was very sorry to hear of your loss. Even though I never met your mother, I felt like I knew her through our conversations over the years. My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family.

Auntie May was such a special woman. She was so kind and thoughtful. I was so impressed by how even in her 90s, she remained engaged in current events. I remember her asking me, "What does www mean?" I am so glad she was part of my life!

Auntie May was a very special lady. As a child, I remember sitting at her kitchen table on Belmont Place while she made apple pie and sang "Shoo Fly Pie and Apple Pan Dowdy". In later years, Auntie Norah and I would visit her on Sunday evenings and have tea and irish bread with her. One Sunday night she asked me "Can you tell me about that www.?" Even in her late 80's, she was on top of her game. She was so proud of her family and they of her. We all loved Auntie May.

Sorry to hear of your loss. We are thinking of you in this difficult time. Our condolences to you and your family.

Everbody should have had an Auntie Mae. She was wonderful. As a child there was no place I would rather go to than Auntie Mae's. I always remember a trick she once played on me. I came into her house and asked about the Red Sox game. She told me that they just announced that Ted Williams had been traded. I...

It was a privilege and pleasure to have met and chatted with Mother Herlihy on two memorable occassions. She was special, and a "tad fiesty". Celebrate her rich and long life, as you also mourn your loss.

John, we are so sorry to hear about your Mother. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Auntie May was a very special person - I have many fond memories of being a little girl sitting around the diningroom table on Burnside Ave. with Auntie May and Auntie Nora. Auntie May always made you feel so special - she was kindhearted, had a great sense of humor and you never left the house without her holding your hand tight as she passed you ice cream money and would say "don't tell your mother". A generation later my son Tommy got to spend an afternoon at Auntie May's - the picture is...

John, I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. May God encourage you & your family during this time.
