Thelma and I were saddened to learn of the demise of Mary. She was a wounderful person and will be missed by all that knew her. May the family receive the blessing of God's comfort during this difficult time. The book John, chapter 11, verses 25 and 26 say: Jesus then said, "I am the one who raises the dead to life! Everyone who has faith in me will live, even if they die. And everyone who lives because of faith in me will never really die." And so it is with Mary.

After our husbands retired from the Army, I would sometimes see Mary at Food Lion and we would catch up on how life was treating us. Even when...

Gail and Tom, Libby and I send our deepest heartfelt sympathy at the loss of your mother. Mary was the outstanding and respected role model "Army Wife." We served together in Germany where Gene was Bill's Commander. Mary and I met Gene and Bill in Hawaii while they were stationed in Vietnam. They were sent to Hawaii for two weeks to help solve a problem concerning Army aircraft in Vietnam. The four of us had a wonderful time for those two weeks and we have carried memories of that time...
