Dr. Hoffmann,
I am very sorry for your loss. Mary Ann will be missed by all.

I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Hoffmann's passing. She was always so very warm and kind to me.

Phil, You have cared for me, my husband, father, and best friend. Mary Ann helped my mother with pain in her knees. To say I am sorry for your loss seems inadequate after all you both have done for my family. Know I understand your pain of loss. After losing John in April, I can tell you it's tough, but you and your family will get through it. My love to you all, Sandy Clark.
