Our family left Ohio in 1935 so I didn't have much contact with Aunt Mary but I always remembered her. I remember once (I think it was 1938, she, Uncle Bill, Aunt Ella and Jack Hogan came to see us while we were in Tucson Arizona. The last time I saw her was in 1995 when I spent 3 weeks in Ohio, 2 at my son's in Dayton and a few days in Cleveland with Judy, et al. We invited her to lunch but she alreay had a date so I only saw her for a few minutes. All my memories of her are the best.

My Dad's Aunt Mary was always fun to be around. When we visited her at the nursing home, she was obviously a favorite of the people who worked and lived there. She was 87 when she had her knees operated on, and I remember her comment to my Dad (then 80): "Get it done while you're young, Bill!" She will be greatly missed.
