Mary Hubbard

I fell in love with Mary Mackin at the age of 12 she was the prettist young lady I had ever met and I would stop by her house on the way to the swinning pool, The Bond family lived next door to the Hubbards on Carter Avenue and watched Dr. Don Hubbard grow up fall in love with this beautiful young lady that he married. I watched as Don painted his Dodge automobile with cans of Black spray before he left going to Medical School. I aways enjoyed Mary and your families visits to Carter Avenue....

So sorry to hear about your loss. She was the sweetest, nicest lady. A matter of fact the entire Hubbard family is amazing. Great family. So many happy memories with them all. Jim Torrance

Sad to hear about Mary´s passing. She was my grandmothers sister. Love and prayers to the family.

So sorry to hear of Mary's passing. Although Carl and Don knew each other for years at Piedmont Hospital, we both met Mary in Rabun County. Don helped with planting grapes at our fledgling vineyard, while Mary would join the three of us for lunch or dinner. We stopped by Shellman Bluff for lunch on a beautiful spring day. Celebrated Don's 80th (?) birthday in the mountains above Lake Burton. Enjoyed surprise visits at our winery tasting room. So many fond memories of a special couple.

I always loved stopping by to chat with Mary and Donald. She was always so kind and talked a lot about her beautiful family

Mary was the sweetest neighbor I´ve ever had. So kind and i would visit her and we would chat. I am blessed that Mary called me her friend
