Not sure what to say?

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hultquist and Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of dear Mary Lou. I keep thinking of meeting her at Hadley Junior High. She had such an amazing smile, and carried herself so confidently. I admired her so much. She was a great friend who brightened any room she entered. I'm sure one of our first sights in Heaven will be her shiny blonde hair and dazzling smile among the angels. We'll be keeping you all in our prayers.

Mr. and Mrs. Hultquist and family,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Mary Lou. She and I were pledge sisters at Alpha Chi's our freshman year at Illinois. She was so beautiful, kind, outgoing, and funny. Senior year she let me share her room in her apartment with Julie, Julie, Julie, and Tami for 6 weeks before I went home to do my student teaching. On bid-night our senior year, I fell and hurt my ankle. Mary Lou and our friend Porch gave up their night to take me to the ER. She...

I just heard the news last night and was absolutely shocked and devastated. It's still so hard to believe and accept that someone so special was taken so early in her life. I remember MaryLou so fondly and was always appreciative of her strength, warmth, and loyalty - - and of course, her gifted beauty. My thoughts and prayers are with the Hultquists in this time of personal tragedy and loss.

I can't believe it! I just heard the news. I am still in shock as I write this. Lou and I were very close growing up. I met her at Abraham Lincoln grade school and thought she was the most beautiful girl in the world. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. It took me the next 11 years to work up the courage to ask her to a dance. I finally asked her to Prom my Junior year....and she actually said "yes." I was a "nobody" and she was "the" somebody. I'll never forget how great she was, and how...

I am so overwhelmed to hear the news.... She was a great friend in high school. We lost touch after college, but I thought of her often and always hoped to reconnect. My regrets are that I didn't initiate it all those times I thought about it. I did not hear about her death until today and I wish I could have come for the funeral. My thoughts are prayers are with all her family and friends. She will always exist in my memories...

Dear Bob & Mary & Family,
So sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts are with you and your entire family. Mary Lou was a sweetheart and I loved her dearly.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hultquist and Family,
We are deeply saddened about the loss of Mary Lou. I always will remember living on Sunset Ct. and just admiring how beautiful, sweet, kind and wonderful Mary Lou was. I always looked up to her! We miss you and want you to know you all are in our daily prayers. God Bless

On behalf of my parents and brothers and sister, we send our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
I will always treaure my memories of Mary Lou during Jr.High and landing the job of her campaign manager for a position on student council. Never thought I would have to perform as a "pillow" person. I feel lucky to have shared such a special time with her. My deepest sympathy.

To Mary Lou's wonderful family,
I am saddened to hear this news and really wish I could have made it in for the funeral. Although we lost touch through the years, I want you to know how very much I loved Mary Lou. I couldn't have asked for a better friend in junior high and high school. Mary Lou was someone I trusted with all of my "schoolgirl" secrets and one with whom I could count on for giving thoughtful, solid advice. She was smart, funny, confident and strong-minded. And many of...
