Mary (Usher) Kadish, beloved wife of the late Kalman, has died. Graveside services are scheduled for Monday, December 18, 2000, 12:30 p.m., at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery, Gate 260, 18th and Harlem, Forest Park, Illinois.
