Dear Joan:
Hope to write a little letter to you soon, but in the meantime please accept our sympathy on the passing of your sister. I remember her and her children from our high school days.

As Archivist for Cuyahoga County I remember Mary Helen for the countless hours she devoted to serving hours through her work at the County Archives. She was ever cheerful, absolutely devoted to the projects she undertook, and a good friend to everyone on the staff. Whenever I look at these images I will think fondly of...

I am so sad to hear of Mary Helen's passing. She was a tremendous influence for good in my life and in my husband's life, and we will both really, really miss her.
My husband, Frank Murray, went to work for Congressman James Stanton when he was still in college. Mary Helen ran his Washington D.C. office. If he hadn't had that job, and Mary Helen's constant encouragement and support, I don't know how he would have made it through law school. The job was essential because he didn't...

I worked with Mary Helen in Washington for Cong. James V. Stanton...many, many years ago. We kept in touch over the years and I always looked forward to her little valentine each February. She was a wonderful human being and I know she will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this sad time.
Best,
