Not sure what to say?

Her poems were extraordinary
demanded attention, anything but ordinary.
They usually made everyone cry
the least I can do is try...

to honor a woman so loved
who put Christ up front and above
she taught the kids of our town
for knitting infant hats was renowned;
made macaroons like a pro
and was always on the go go go.

It was devotionals and chicken foot at night
then by day, a friend outta sight.
Weather cheering a fellow vetern's wife...

Mac, I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mac:
Our most heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your dear mother. She was a vibrant member of the educational community and will be lovingly remembered by many.

Was so sorry to learn of Mary Lee's death. My daughter and I had just looked through a church directory. Was reliving memories of all my friends at First United Methodist Church. Enjoyed teaching with her at Wildwood School. She was a fantastic person. Love and Prayers, Sue Crain

MaryLee was a wonderful neighbor to us. She set a Proud example for so many Lucky People with her true Love for Family and Life. We were privileged to have known her.
We have her fortunate Family in our prayers.

Mac, Judy and I were saddened by the news of the loss of your mother. We know she will be missed by her family and friends.

I learned to know Mary Lee through our participation and dedication to PROMISES. She was fun and very easy to be around. She was the first woman I knew to use chocolate brown curtains in her living room.......and it was really smashing! Her spirit lives on.

Mary Lee (and in fact all the Knepshields) were dear friends in my life. I always looked forward to her Christmas newsletters, full of the joys of living, family and travel. So many wonderful memories.
You will all be in my thoughts and prayers Sunday afternoon. I'll write a longer message and hope to keep touch with you. I send love.

I haven't seen Mrs. Knepshield (I always called her that out of respect when I ran into her) for a while. She taught my children at Wildwood Elementary years ago. She was the kind of teacher every parent would have wanted for their children, kind, concerned and loving. I'm sorry for your loss Mac and all of your family.
