Mary (Shelak) Kreglow, of Northampton, passed into the loving arms of Christ on May 29, 2018 at 90 years of age. Mary was the loving wife of the late Rowland E. Kreglow, Korean War Veteran, and loving mother of her only child, Michael. Mary was born in Northampton, PA, to the late Andrew Shelak and Theresa (Roman) Shelak. Mary worked over 40 years as a sewing machine operator at Tama Manufacturing in Northampton, PA and was a devoted member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Northampton.
Mary is survived by son, Michael R. Kreglow of La Quinta, CA; her grandchildren, Andrew R. Kreglow of Covina, CA, Nicole M. Kreglow of Whittier, CA; and great granddaughter, Bryn Andy Ruffolo of Los Angeles, CA as well as countless nieces and nephews around the Lehigh Valley. She was predeceased by brothers, John, Andrew and Joseph Shelak and by sisters, Anna Sawka, Helen Michur, and Katherine Horn.
A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, June 1st at 10:00 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1343 Newport Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:15 a.m. until 9:15 a.m., with Panikhida to be held at 9:15 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Cemetery, Northampton. Online condolences may be submitted above.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be presented to the church.
