What a lovely obituary for a wonderfully lived life! Condolences to the family and many friends of Mrs Marten. I became a neighbor way back in the `60s when my family moved directly across from the McCafferty home. I met Paul´s cousins Tommy and Karen Marten (and eventually their mom Mary Lee) through the McCafferty kids. To the family I´m the one who got that little white realistic puppy doll. She cried when I got her it and told her that I used my own money for her. I´m going to miss asking her about her realistic puppy is doing. She would always reply with," Oh, he´s still barking." She was the sweetest person I have ever met. She would always ask me how my two dogs are doing to. I´ll miss her deeply and I pray for the family to find peace.
