I met Kathleen in 1989, in Mill Valley, CA. We both worked in downtown San Francisco at that time and became friends, shared lunches and many laughs, in The City. We became best friends and enjoyed art, literature, nature, music, and the Big Sur Inn. We shared our love for our children and she mentored me when I became a special ed teacher in 2003.
