I just learned of Mary's passing and feel blessed to have known her. The last line in the obit encapsulates her persona perfectly, "In her memory contribute to something." Well said.

Mary was a staunch advocate and articulated beautifully the need for a federal Department of Peace and supported The Peace Alliance (www.thepeacealliance.org) as the necessary grassroots effort to help bring this to fruition.
