Mary Louise Long

She was my 5th grade teacher at Oaklawn Elementary in 1952-3. A fellow classmate visited me in Oregon a couple of months ago...after not seeing each other for 25 years...and in the conversation we both talked about how much we'd loved "Miss Martin", how she was far and away our favorite elementary school teacher. I knew Mary Louise when I worked at Ault Music Company from 1943 - 1950. We went to musical events, etc. together for a brief time. We also both were Poly exes, but I don't believe I knew her in school. However, she was a favorite person to me and I regretfully share in your loss.
