Mary Jo Marianetti

Thanks Aunt Mary Jo for being a gracious and funny host. I regret I was not able to tell you face to face before your passing. May Uncle Sal, Barbara, and Terri and John and their families find comfort, peace, and healing from our benevolent Creator.

My deepest sympathy goes to John, Terry and Barbara. Our families had great fun in the neighborhood while we were all growing up. Please know that we are thinking of you.

Thinking of you at this time. I have been remembering and reflecting upon all the happy memories I have of Aunt Mary Jo, i.e. her pride in presenting her family, her home and herself beautifully to the world; her thoughtfulness when choosing and presenting gifts to others; her dry sense of humor and quick wit; her gracious hospitality; her generosity; her hours and hours sitting at my mother's side while my mom battled cancer; her beautiful rose garden; her random notes to say "hello" which...

Very sorry to hear of Mary Jo's passing. My memories of her are from my childhood, when John and I were usually in some kind of trouble with both of our sets of parents. You couldn't get much past Mrs. Marianetti, that's for sure. She was sharp as a tack, ran a very tight ship in the home, and kept everyone on their toes. I'm told she eventually forgave me for being such a bad influence on her son. I'm grateful for that. May she rest in peace!
