I am best friends with Terry Mates Poulos. I knew your Mom for many years and your great Dad, Barb Mates, Pat, and Pa. What a phenomenal family. They took me in "the Irisher" with all the love in the world. My family did the same with Terry. The only one of the sibs I never met was Arthur. Dear Mates family, Scrolling through today's obituary, I saw your Mom's face and I immediately recognized her and then I saw her name. I have great memories of your Mom who was so involved in Trinity along with your Dad when you "kids" were students there. She was a very involved Mom relishing your activities and successes. God gave her a long life to enjoy your growing up, being successful in your chosen professions and blessing her with so many grandchildren whom I am sure she treasured...
