I just wanted to offer my deepest sympathy for your loss. Mrs. McCloskey was my 6th grade english teacher at the Kane. She was a remarkable teacher and I was very shocked when I heard her yelling at me for letting a ball drop at the net instead of putting my opponent out of his misery my sophmore yr playing for Lawrence High. Very fond memories of her she will be deeply missed. God Bless

Please accept my condolances. Mrs. McCloskey was my second grade teacher at the old Frost school (1974 or 75). I remember her carrying me in her arms to the nurse's office when I was sick. Very nice teacher.
